Internet Access & DatabaseWhat browser should be used to log into the Online Services?
Our site has now been updated to work in all browsers.
Can I access Online Services without a subscription?
You must be a subscriber with 'Internet Access' as part of your subscription to access reports and/or database information online. If you are already a subscriber and would like to add this to your subscription service, contact our office and access will be activated shortly after.
How should I enter my username and password?
Please make sure to use all lowercase letters when logging into the Online Services page. Using uppercase lettering will not allow you to enter our Online Services.
Can I be notified when a new report becomes available online?
Yes. Subscribing clients that have access to our Online Services may request to have their e-mail address placed on our 'E-mail Notification' list. When placed on this list, the client will be notified by e-mail whenever an online report has been updated.

Do you accept credit card numbers, and if so, which ones?
Yengst Associates accepts most of the major credit cards on smaller item purchases such as report sales and the lower end subscription packages. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

How do I pay for my subscription from overseas?
Yengst Associates accepts payment from its overseas subscribers by way of bank transfer. Send us an e-mail at Mail@YengstAssociates.com for details. Thank you.

I can't view your sample reports. What do I need to do?
All of the Yengst Associates reports are electronically formatted for viewing with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download a free version from Adobe by clicking here. If you are still having problems, please contact our office for assistance.
Can you help me get information on Asia and European markets?
Yengst Associates can help you and your company with overseas markets as well. Contact us and we will be happy to provide you with information on materials and availability.
